Today we visited St Judes in Memphis, TN.

We had an appt scheduled and when we arrived at the gate, two gentleman escorted us to the warehouse.

Vilma (the lady pictured with us) was most gracious and kind. She had the red St. Judes blanket laid out for the blankets to be delivered.

We weren't able to take a tour because Maesi is too young but this lady shared so much with us. She shared things about the hospital and just how AMAZING it is. She wanted to know our story and said that "Bonnie was looking down and cheering today!". She made sure we left with gifts (unnecessary but shows just how kind she is).

She even had us follow her to make sure we arrived back at the hospital.

We visited the Pavillion and the garden, which was SO peaceful and calming.

We did go inside the hospital part to the front desk and they allowed us to find a special plaque on the wall.

I prayed that God would make that happen.

I didn't have the privilege of knowing Grant. I work with his mom and when we found his name on that beautiful mural wall, my heart sort of felt like maybe a piece of me got to know him. It was pretty special .

Bonnie was with us. We each wore a piece of her jewelry. My emotions were a little scattered. Thankful. Humbled. Sad. A little of everything. I am grateful for this opportunity and THANK YOU to everyone who played a role in spreading the love of Christ...one blanket at a time.
